FAQs

What are the visiting hours?
We are always open to visitors, however we recommend visiting between 10 am and 8 pm.

Does each room have a television?
Resident rooms in our transitional care, post acute and rehabilitation unit come equipped with television sets. For rooms not already equipped with a television set, we recommend that a small television set be brought into the facility for those residents who would be more comfortable with a TV in their room. All rooms have cable service available.

How often will the rehabilitation staff work with my loved one?
Rehabilitation must be ordered by the resident's physician, so each resident will be seen according to their physicians direction. Our in-house rehabilitation staff works with residents Monday - Saturday, they would be happy to have you join them for your loved one's rehabilitation session.

Does each room have a telephone?
Telephones and free direct dial local service is provided in the post acute wing. All other rooms have been wired for telephone service. Simply call the local telephone company and ask for new service to be installed. Local telephone company charges will apply.

Can I bring my family pet to visit?
Pets are always welcome. However, for the safety of our residents and staff we ask that you clean up after your pet and keep him/her with you at all times.
